16ph reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time and to suspend or terminate your account if you are found to be ineligible. Any winnings accrued during a period of ineligibility may be voided and forfeited.
To access the full features of the 16ph Platform, you must register a player account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and any other information requested by 16ph. You agree to update your account information promptly if any details change.
Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on the 16ph Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual, whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods, is strictly prohibited. 16ph employs technical and manual measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts associated with that individual may be suspended and any balances, bonuses, or winnings may be forfeited.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 16ph login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. 16ph will never ask for your password through any communication channel. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify 16ph immediately at [email protected].
16ph may require you to complete identity verification procedures at any time, including but not limited to providing a government-issued Philippine identification document, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by 16ph may result in account restrictions, suspension of withdrawals, or account closure.
All deposits to your 16ph account must be made using payment methods accepted by the Platform, including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and InstaPay. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. 16ph does not accept deposits from third-party accounts – all deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements. 16ph aims to process GCash and PayMaya withdrawals within five (5) minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving institution. 16ph reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.
All transactions on the 16ph Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). 16ph does not charge currency conversion fees. The amount displayed in your 16ph wallet is the amount available for wagering and withdrawal.
16ph employs fraud detection systems to monitor all financial transactions. Any account found to be involved in fraudulent activity, including the use of stolen payment credentials, chargeback abuse, or money laundering, will be immediately suspended and reported to the relevant Philippine authorities. All associated funds will be frozen pending investigation.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of 16ph.
The 16ph name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of 16ph. You may not use any 16ph trademark without prior written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 16ph, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service.
16ph does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 16ph makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation of the Platform or the information, content, or materials included therein.
In jurisdictions where limitations of liability are not permitted, 16ph's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. In no event shall 16ph's total liability to you exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 16ph account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
16ph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC verification, suspected underage gambling, or any conduct that 16ph reasonably believes poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or other players.
Upon suspension or closure of your account, any pending withdrawal requests will be reviewed. Where the suspension is due to a breach of these Terms, 16ph reserves the right to void and forfeit any balance, bonus funds, or pending winnings in your account. Where the closure is not due to a breach, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to you via your registered payment method following completion of any outstanding verification requirements.
You may request the closure of your 16ph account at any time by contacting customer support at [email protected]. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any verified real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method.
16ph is committed to protecting your personal information. The collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal data is governed by the 16ph Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
16ph complies with the Republic Act No. 10173, also known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012 of the Philippines, in its handling of all personal data collected from users of the Platform.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
